Do not want to debate it here but you seem to be quite ignorant about space research and technology. The pissing space contest between USA and USSR was by the way very beneficial for humanity. The driving forces now are however quite different and more serious.
What about Velcro?? Maybe it will help us stick together instead of killing each other..
Last night I was a one woman non profit whoreganization.
Space exploration has actually lead to quite a few advancements in tech.
Cordless headphones, memory foam, ear thermometers, scratch resistant lenses, freeze-dried food, clear braces, camera phones, sports shoes, water filters. (just to name a few)
Good chance we would've eventually made these advancements, but space exploration gave people the funds and immediate use-cases for the tech.
I want to do both. I'm more interested in 2D. There are stop motion classes which is cool
Two of the last men I’ve seen fell asleep on my bed after we were done doing the thing. Either the bed is comfortable or they gave their 100%
Random thought: Did he forget his book or what is it a gift for me? I think it’s a gift. Why would he bring his book on a date? Should I ask him to be sure? I don’t want to ruin the vibe. I’ll just pretend I’m reading the back of it when he comes out of the shower

I think my genuine love for the industry and what I do is what pushes me to start multiple threads even if some aren’t well received. You’d think someone would stop entirely after getting a few negative comments but I don’t and until I retire, I won’t stop creating new threads. If one line can help one person, it will already be that.
Another random thought while I’m in the bathtub:
I wish clients would create informative threads too instead of just complaining. We can be clueless too, it’s not just you. Maybe we could all learn new things. Who knows?

I know that just like on your side, there are a few SPs that lurk but don’t have an account or don’t interact. It would probably be me and the 4-5 other SPs that already interact on here that would ask questions.
I feel like if one of you were courageous enough to create something like “How to be a good SP” “What clients wish they could tell you but don’t” “SPs memes from a client POV”
that could be interesting and original
