Renting furnished condo through agency?

Anyone knows any such agencies in Montreal? I have an (almost) fully furnished one bedroom condo for rent and I was thinking of maybe renting it through an agency which rents on short/medium term basis. I know that, obviously, they take a percentage of the rent and that some guarantee a monthly rent even when the flat/condo is vacant but I haven't really looked into it yet.

So, does anyone know and/or have had experiences with such agencies in the Montreal area?

OK, JustBob, have a look in the Gazette for something similar to what you have available. Call them and ask if they are managed by an agency. If yes, then you're half way there. You now have a contact and a possible representative.

It's a form of reverse marketing.

If you go to www.mls.ca and specify condo rentals in Montreal, it lists rental properties.
