If the law ever decides to, it would be trivially easy for them to bust agencies (especially those operating in motels), but even the condo agencies.

Its easy for law to get warrants for cellphone records.

That has been true for a long time and nothing has happened. If the thought that the police are going to barge in to a room where you having sex with an escort bothers you, then you should stop seeing escorts. It's that simple.

I used to get escorts phone numbers if I liked them and we would see each other outside sometimes be fuck friends. I don't do that anymore. White escorts can flip on you victimize for instance if they like you and you don't. I also got tons of asian girls phones and went out multiple times. The problem I figured you don't know if a network is behind them and if that network is clumsy or weak organizationally a raid can occur. If they start looking at evidence from devices I don't want to be associated. Until there is a public outcry against prostitution LE is perfectly okay with flexing their muscles and showing that they are doing something during Grand Prix week. This seems to have been enough for a long time.

Eventually it will become legal just like pot as the younger generation is not that religious and cares more about the economy than what consenting adults do.in their bedrooms.
Once it is not to the politicians advantage to harp on trafficking as most escorts are doing this willingly laws will be changed.
I am not worried about LE as I see Indy’s I have known for a long time and trust and it would be ridiculous for an Indy to ruin her reputation and livelihood to rat you out to LE if you are respectful with her.
