There can be no doubt that Biden's perceived weakness as a leader emboldened Putin to invade Ukraine. The only question now is where Putin will stop, since it's clear to him that he has a cast of Neville Chamberlain-like appeasers arrayed against him. I say the Baltic States are next. Wrong. Russia annexed Crimea in 2014. Obama was President.
To answer your question: A former member of the KGB like Putin has zero respect for weak leaders who promote the Woke Globalist agenda like Obama and Brandon.
