I think that's because your firefox/mozilla is set to reject pop-ups.
You may be able to adjust your browser options and enable that feature but my point is that it's not a MERB software problem.

Actually, I am using Firefox right now, everything is working. The only thing I would suggest is to reboot your computer and refresh screen. Hopefully that will do the trick.
