Just a quick piece of advice from someone who's learned the hard way... When you see someone you like offering her services (nice pics, good reviews, etc...) just book her, don't wait!
It's happened to me a few time already where I just wait for a "better moment" or some other lame excuse and it turns out the lady in questions leaves the business and/or just disappears from the scene (the latest one being Kendall from Forever).
