Most of them don’t shower everyday to begin with. Go on a Metro in France and sit next to one if you can stand the stench.
Same thing in Shanghai and Beijing. Most men in these places could learn a thing or two from North America.

i went in thailand and all the toilet have butt hose. Kind of cheap bidet solution. Even in restaurant. only in america and south america that we wash our ass with dry toilet paper. it has no choice but smell shit.

Hey man. I just spent a week in Cuba and let me tell you they don't know what a bidet is there and you would be lucky to find a public toilet anywhere. The toilets in the five-star resort were filthy and stunk to the heavens, even in the rooms. I had to carry a roll of toilet paper wherever I went, just in case.

Moreover, the working girls and there are many, never seemed to mention anything about hygiene. I wonder why? It would appear to be a hand-to-mouth issue, and no pun was intended.
