Update: I received a call from the manager saying that they had a reunion with the guy in question and they able to properly understand the situation. They said they will think of a disciplinary action during the week and put more accent on the importance of privacy during their team meetings.
I guess it’s enough!
Kind of crazy that they needed his input in order to "properly understand the situation". Like?? Did I stutter??
I hope they're going to take action and are not just saying that.
