Alright so, your behaviour wasn't abnormally risky. Plenty get BBBJ's (being in a duo makes no difference) and don't catch anything, in fact that would likely be the majority. Perhaps you were dealing with very risky SP's, no idea.
In any case, maybe you caught something, but without evaluation by a doc and proper testing it's a bit of a toss-up. This service is ok, but can also lead to taking meds unnecessarily, or the wrong meds.

Just a heads up about this DIY stuff... I was once suffering all that burning stuff 10 days after a nasty session. I Teletest.com but because I was having intense pain and given my recent "high risk" activity, the doc provided meds right away. They worked, but to my surprise, the tests were all negative. Docs best theory was that (assuming the lab didn't mess up the tests) was that I may have been passing a kidney stone...

Anyway, I've used teletest a few times now for routine STI testing and it works very well especially if you travel a lot like I do.

in that area it can be many things
back in the day i was very active like you and had a std
but endless burning which they attributed to chronic non bacterial prostitis
and the pee test only came years after
so i got the torture 2 long swabs stuffed down my dick
guess what drinking alchol was 1 of the main contrabuters to my problem
had to avoid spicy food as well
they typically give you if they suspect
4 x 250 mg zithromax and 1 x 500 mg cipro
or 4 x 250 mg zithromax and 1 x 40 mg suprax

found advil worked as well but 1x
2x max after that a rebound effect

got this 1x a year for years and never a positive test for any std

a urologist will typically give you
Doxycin 100 mg 2x a day for 7 days
followed by

1X A DAY CIRPO 1000 MG 30 DAYs they as well tried ELIMINERON 3XA DAY 100 MG that seemed to do the job but i was confused i said wait a minute you sid prostate now your treating the bladder to his reply well they are both connected

ill be active till the day i die but have slowed down
typically i take a 3 month break a year that way when i get tested results are 100%
i love a good massage with teasing interaction finish at a descent price so i generally do a few of these a month
