Stripper proposes sex. Is it a good idea?

The problem with many strippers who are open to the idea of providing sex to a client outside of the club is that they expect to charge a premium for their services. They know that guys fantasize about meeting a girl outside the club, because it's a challenge to convince the girl and the client has had a sneak preview of what she's like. The girl knows that providing sex is not the usual practice for a stripper and she may not even be familiar with the prevailing rates are for escorts. So strippers often suggest a rate that can easily be double what a normal rate is.

If a normal agency girl in Montreal gets $280/hour, then expect a stripper with decent looks to ask for $600 or more. She thinks this is reasonable because she is already making good money most nights while dancing so why shouldn't she ask for a lot of $ for a special service outside of normal working hours. They also will suggest that they can meet you when they get off work at 3AM. At least this has been my experience the few times that I have discussed meeting a stripper for sex. I never followed through because it never made sense--too costly and too inconvenient. It's so easy to book reasonably priced escorts in Montreal that it's not worth it trying to convince a stripper to provide sex.

There is also a kind of natural attitudinal divide between strippers and escorts. Strippers are naturally exhibitionistic and comfortable with showing off their bodies in public, but they may have a hard time crossing the line into full intimacy with a stranger ("I couldn't have sex with someone I don't even know!"). Escorts, on the other hand, can't imagine parading naked in front of lots of men ("what if someone I know sees me!") but they are cool with having sex one on one with a stranger and no one else knows about it. Two different mindsets.
