I don't tend to get annoyed by things other people are doing that have 0 impact on my personal life.. but I think what you're describing is a typical Montreal phenomenon. Some people can't afford to buy good boots, some just prefer sneakers, some are just new to this city and not prepared for the winter at all.. I've dated guys who never wore boots and I always thought that was kinda weird. They were usually skater types and really attached to their sneakers lol

Do you know that your lovely government pays to some people to teach other people / companies how to create and to keep a diversity in their offices ? Do you know how easy is to become a legal immigrant from illegal immigrant, much easier than a legal immigration. Do you know that there are thousands of immigrants that receive money on hand every Monday, only because they are still in Canada?
