Yeah I have to get blood tests and various tests done really often because of health issues in the past 6 months and it's getting old.. I'm used to it tho. The last one was good
This is gonna sound whiny but in the past 12 months there are some things that hurt my feelings, left me feeling.. let's just say taken aback and confused, or made me feel devalued (and even sometimes resented or mocked) when it comes to how some people, mostly some clients and a few providers, have interacted with me and have talked about me... I'm not gonna get into details because it's not worth it. Some things definitely get blown out of proportion for some reason and I think there are things I don't fully understand, a lot of it seems like misunderstandings..
Overall I shouldn't complain, things were much worse when I began. And it's definitely not most thankfully and I've been taking measures to change this and protect myself. But it does hurt. I guess that's the price to pay for being very visible online and for being in this business at all, there are misunderstandings and sometimes things are disappointing. A lot of the times, things are amazing tho.

I called CRA yesterday ... 47 minutes wait before i could talk to someone. Explain my issue, answered the 5 or 6 standard questions to make sure i’m legit, re-explain in details my issue ... 10 minutes talking for nothing and i get transfer to another agent.
38 minutes wait ... this other agent asks me the same questions to identify myself, explain a 3rd time my issue and the guy tries to find what is going on ... 27 minutes talking but mostly being put on hold ... finally, probably a security issue with my account ... i get transfer again.
22 minutes wait ... the security guy asks me again the same questions to identify myself ... puts me at on hold for 15 minutes and guess what ... beep-beep-beep ... line cut off.
FUCK !!! i had to start this fucking circus from scratch all over again.
Please stay calm... verbal abuse will not be tolerared and shit but they have no problem with the fact that i spent almost 4 hours of my day just to gain access to my account. I can stand such a level of mediocrity ...

I had the same issue 10 days ago, and all the agents I spoke to were incomprehensible in English... the Federal government is a joke.
Totally. Same shit in French. The first guy had such a strong african accent that we could barely understand each other. And the security spoke in « la francaize » so i had to repeat over and over.
The biggest joke is that they unlocked my account yesterday and this morning, they blocked it again.
With all my respect guys you (as a society) kept silence too long time. A huge snow ball is coming. Very soon the very well educated and very hard working immigrant will completely disappear from this part of the word and will be replaced by someone searching only for social benefits.

I find it very awkward that a quoted from deleted or edited posts still shows the original, even when the original post was breaking the rules.
Must be new, before they used to delete the other post too and give the warning “irrelevant refers to a deleted post” or something like that
