The miserable US$ to C$ exchange rate

Since I haven't even been to CAD in a few years I can't attest to the quality of the selection directly. However, I was noticing the other day that many of the ladies (as pictured in ads) are not as fetching as they once were. This doesn't mean that the opportunities are not there. It seems that there are far more offerings than back in the mid-2000's (2005, 2006, etc..etc..). I would expect there is the same number of quality selections with just more "stock" than before. I.E. a lot more stock, but the same number of quality offerings.

With respect to the exchange rate, the U.S. has massive mis-management of its financial system. This will eventually cause accelerated inflation, but probably not as bad as people anticipate. The US has always been fortunate to possess outstanding resources and our energy independence is all but assured. In fact we may even become a great exporter of natural gas, if not more standard fuel products. This is Obama's "Ace-in-the Hole" so to speak. Fortunately even he's going to have to work extra hard to f__k it up. So I would expect things to stay pretty even in the next decade. The major differance between the U.S. & CAD is the tollerance of prostituion in Canada. The differential in price & availability can be put solely at the feet of two factors. LE, being the first of factors which, is reponsible for the majority of the price difference. The second factor is societal perception.

I've been hobbying in Montreala and Toronto for more than 20 years but in the past 5-7 years have only been able to visit once or twice per year. When the U.S. dollar was at its peak $100 for an hour session was the norm, but Rumples is spot-on with his comment that full GFE service was fairly rare then and GFE+ service was virtually nonexistent. The only real exception was LFMJ ladies, about half of whom would provide GFE+ service, but probably only one in ten would qualify as "fetching." Montreal today has so many GFE and GFE+ hotties that you have to be a real dummy not to find a winner. Like Patron, the vast majority of my hobbying is in the U.S. I have found only one U.S. agency (in Seattle) that has young ladies that are on par (service and looks wise) with Montreal and that agency charges $300 per hour, about a 50% premium above typical Montreal agency prices. Montreal is still the Mecca. I just wish that I could visit more often (and that it wasn't so damn cold six months per year, LOL).

You know, considering Florida's shape, I suppose it could be cut off and let float out to sea. The one positive effect of climate change is that in 50 years there will be no Florida above water.

However, iggy, I must take some exception to your statement. There are some nice places in Florida. Bahia Honda State Park in the Keys is a great place, for example. On the other side of the coin, the I-4 corridor from Tampa through Orlando to Daytona is the utter anus of the known universe. It's no wonder the population there is so deeply depressed that it has to anesthetize itself with talking mice.

Come on guys let's be honest, Montreal Sucks. With the exception of a lot of young girls that are willing to spread their legs for $$$ Montreal is a very unpleasant place. Rife with biker gangs, dirty streets, corrupt political system, horrible weather, beggars on each street corner, pompus Franophone population. Hell, I've never seen a city where once a week people litterally throw their trash into the streets for the garbage men to collect. In Cities with class people use tied plastic bags or recepticles, but not in Montreal. I mean really the abundance of liberal colleges and lack of employment in Quebec Province bring the girls into the city. Then there's little else to do except hook.

I will admit that your girls know how to fuck.

We are drifting away from par, although we are not quite up to the 1.60 "Canada For Sale" Days of 2002, as Chercherfemmes fondly recalls them. I am also noticing a concomitant sharp drop in Montreal hotel prices later this month on the bidding sites.

Yes, let's be honest I've been to Montreal no less than 90 times (from a weekend to an entire week). I've traveled the Quebec Province north to Parc Regional Des Sept-Chutes and East (Northeast) to Grands-Jardins National Park (including Quebec City for 2 days). I've approached Montreal via Plattsburgh and via St. Albans. I've also approached via rail from Toronto & via plane. I have a long time friend that I've visited a number of times. I've been to three Jaz Festivals. I had a girlfriend (sugar baby) who lived in Rawdon. I've seen most of the sites that you can name. The Sheraton records my stays at over 70 various and distinct instances (MUCH TO MY SURPRISE). I've owned stock in a Montreal Mining Company. Hell, I even almost got mugged by two of your little felons you call young people. I could go on, but you should have your thinking adusted by now.

P.S. with the exception of the traffic & escort issues I can't think of a major city that's better than the Orlando Metro Area. Savannah is a close second.

Oh those hotel days were awesome too. $550 for three nights at Sofitel with airfare included. Or the Nelligan/Vieux Port lofts/St. Sulpice for $100 more.

I agree with Sol Tee Nutz. Back in early 2000 Canada was in an economic boom I believe the Canadian dollar was around 66 cents. A lower dollar would increase exports and even encourage foreign businesses to invest here which means more jobs.

On another note a low Canadian dollar would also bring in more tourists which means more business for escorts and stripclubs :thumb:
