Her Hot Dreams
Hello all,

Hey, you all know I am all about the Patriots. But, based on the teams and their skills I honestly believe my team will win. Yeah, well that isn't much of a reach is it since they are 18-0. So, what do you think?

Go PATRIOTS,

Hello all,

Everyone knows the Patriots can pass and with the perfect conditions of the Cardinals stadium the Patriots receivers will be able to excell. That spells migranes for the Giants coaches and defenders on the field. The Patriots offensive line has proven it can keep Brady safe against the best defenders anywhere, and if the Giants can't get to him the time he gets will be devastating. As for great defense by the opposition, I watched the entire game yesterday and never even heard the name Merriman. Do the Giants have a Cromartie or Jammer? Now the Patriots have proven they can be very effective running too. If anything, a real running game to be the only element lacking on the team. That question is answered. The Patriots have also proved they can stuff the run. Did you see how well the took care of the Jaguars great duo. If there is a crack in the Patriots it is the risk of opposing receivers getting free at times. Well, Bill Belichick has been very successful at adjusting to teams in the second half, and seeing a team a second time allows him to be that much more prepared.

The Giants are tough. Their defensive line is great at swarming around runners. But Manning will have to be perfect in conditions that will be perfect for the Patriots to excell.

Daunting,

Korbel

Where I belong.
The Patriots are certainly the best team, but the best team doesn't always win. Despite their strengths, the Patriots can't overcome destiny, nor can they overcome the power of the Curse of the Fucking Moron®.

If Joe.T picks the Patriots, their doom is sealed.

Take the Giants and the points(12.5 at the momment), Manning is playing mistake free football and I am going to put a little extra dough on the Giants straight up, it will be the second year in a row that a Manning will be hoisting the Lombardi trophy over his head.

I'm calling my pick the joelcairo special because this pick is a gift from me to him because of all the praise he keeps giving me for my expert picks.:)

Hello Joe.t,

Thanks for making my prediction come true. When the playoffs started I said you would go against the Patriots in every playoff game. TA DA!!! Yeah too easy. But many many thanks for not picking the Patriots and cursing them. For a second I was sacred you might have a clue. Obviously, you are just a wannabe Nuu Yoika in love with everything related to the Big Crapple. At least I grew up in New England. What's your excuse??? Then again, statwise your choice makes little sense. Don't forget in the last meeting the Giants had two huge broken plays in their favor not likely to happen again.

I wonder what Joelcairo would say?

Rumples: looks like the Patriots are safe...lol.

Cheerio,

Hello all,

ESPN quote of the year. Referring to the effect of Spygate: "Patriots became Greatriots much to the chagrin of Hatriots".

Love it...lol,

I hate making predictions, but I can't resist this one...

The Pats are going to choke. They'll have a couple big turnovers in the first half and the offense will be stifled. Giants will cash in on every little mistake and play at their best all game long. Pats will come back into form late in the game but it will be too little too late.... Look for a big injury in the third quarter to put the game on hold for 20 minutes...

Final score:

Giants-----> 24
Pats-------> 20

Hello all,

Anybody got a rational analysis why they think the Giants could win aside from all the silly posturing and bluster???

Anticipating eagerly,

Three quarterbacks go up to heaven and arrive at the pearly gates where God is waiting for them

God asks Peyton Manning first: "What do you believe?" Peyton thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, "I believe in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my fans." God can't help but see the essential goodness of Manning, and offers him a seat to his left.

Then God turns to Tony Romo and says, "What do you believe?" Tony says, "I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the fundamentals of life. I, too, have been lucky, but win or lose, I've always tried to be a true sportsman, both on and off the playing fields." God is greatly moved by Tony's sincere eloquence, and he offers him a seat to his right.

Finally, God turns to Tom Brady: "And you, Tom, what do you believe?"

Tom replies, "I believe you're in my seat."

wishing I was in Montreal
A man in Topeka, Kansas decided to write a book about Churches around the country. He starts in San Francisco, working east from there.

Going to a very large church, he's taking photographs and making notes. He spotted a golden telephone on the vestibule wall and was intrigued with a sign, which reads 'Calls: $10,000 a minute.'

Seeking out the pastor he asked about the phone and the sign. The pastor answered that this phone is, in fact, a direct line to heaven and if he pays the price he can talk directly to God.

The man thanked the pastor and continued on his way. As he visited churches in Seattle , Dallas, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee, and around the United States, he found more phones, with the same sign, and the same answer from each pastor.

Finally, he arrived in Massachusetts. Upon entering a church in Boston, MA .. Behold - he saw the usual golden telephone. But this time, the sign read "Calls: 35 cents."

Fascinated, he asked to talk to the pastor, "Reverend, I have been in cities all across the country and in each church I have found this golden telephone and have been told that I could talk to God, but in the other churches the cost was $10,000 a minute. Your sign reads only 35 cents a call. Why?"

The pastor, smiling benignly, replied, 'Son, you're in Boston, Massachusetts now, home of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.

You're in God's Country; It's a local call.

GO PATS!

Hello JB,

Actually the original was like this:

Three quarterbacks go up to heaven and arrive at the pearly gates where God is waiting for them.

God asks Brett Favre first: "What do you believe?" Brett thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, "I believe in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my fans." God can't help but see the essential goodness of Favre, and offers him a seat to his left.

Tom replies, "I believe in one true God. Damn your INCREDIBLE ego! Stop fooling yourself Peyton and get out of His seat. There aren't any cameras and this isn't one of your commercials!"

Correction,

Korbel

14 point spread

Just took the Giants with the points. I almost feel like it's a no-brainer now. Also side on the Giants to win.

I'm most definitely not a hatriot, but I love underdogs :)

It will be fun.

BD

btw, 100% guaranteed the real ending is Tom saying "I believe you're in my seat." :p
