By chance, scientists still there, isn't Donald.

Thousands more families just lost a loved one this holiday season as the US reported its second-highest number of coronavirus deaths in one day — 3,401 on Tuesday, according to Johns Hopkins University.

And by Wednesday evening, another 3,300 deaths were announced.
Hospitalizations were at an all-time high at 119,463.

In nine states, more people are hospitalized with Covid-19 than at any other point in this pandemic: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Georgia, Mississippi, New Hampshire and North Carolina, according to the Covid Tracking Project.

Doctors say many deaths happening now were likely fueled by Thanksgiving travel and gatherings, since Covid-19 deaths typically happen weeks after infection.
"We were bracing for this and hoping that we were wrong," said Dr. Esther Choo, a professor of emergency medicine at Oregon Health & Science University.
"But every holiday has been similar. And Thanksgiving, we saw the kind of travel that happened then. And people who are hospitalized in ICUs and dying now -- many of them are because of the Thanksgiving surge."

Health experts like Choo and Fauci, say the next 10 days could spark even more infections, hospitalizations and deaths than Thanksgiving did.

"Now we have an extended holiday between Christmas and New Year's. And according to AAA estimates, even though this year's travel is about 30% less than last year, it still means that 84 million people are going to be traveling over the holidays," Choo said.

No no Trump has nothing to do with these catastrophic numbers, he worked so hard to reassure all Americans

^^^^^^^ Take the time to open this and check the daily world cases.
It will give you something else to blame Trump with. My guess is that anything goes wrong it must be Trumps fault.

His strongest supporters will indeed point out that Donald is first in class in all North American countries, completely downgrading many shit hole countries. In spite of that, he will still be criticized, because there are a lot of people who are jealous of those, like him, who know how to grab all the means by their pussy to get first place.

Indeed, with all those countries being so similar and all to the US, the comparison makes so much sense. We should all look to Guadeloupe to help realign all our covid policies to better emulate their success. Thanks for sharing this enlightening list.

Wow, their brilliance knows no bounds. I hope Dr. Brix is reading your post.

Fucking Trump invented these holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, knowing full well Americans would never obey laws to stay home and not visit family.
He should have been on tv every hour reminding them what to do he knows full well no American has the capability to think for themselves and make the right decision without being told what to do.

In a week there have been over a million Americans vaccinated potentially saving twice as many people as the virus has killed in a year.
Of course none of the credit should go to Trump for implementing warp speed, who ever heard of an effective vaccine taking as long as a year to be available.
He should have had this within weeks of the outbreak.

President Donald Trump was seen golfing on Christmas Eve as Americans await his decision on whether or not to sign a bipartisan pandemic relief bill and a day after he vetoed a military spending bill.

If he enjoys golfing so much, he would have to admit that he lost these elections, that way he could play golf as much as he wanted, and especially cheat as much as he wanted.

My score 72, without cheating,

As his apparent ire with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell continues to grow, President Donald Trump claimed Thursday night, without any evidence, that he "saved" the Kentucky Republican from losing his recent reelection bid.

"I saved at least 8 Republican Senators, including Mitch, from losing in the last Rigged (for President) Election," Trump wrote in a Christmas Eve tweet . "Now they (almost all) sit back and watch me fight against a crooked and vicious foe, the Radical Left Democrats. I will NEVER FORGET!"

Trump falsely claimed that the election he lost was rigged. He also did not specify who the other seven Republican senators were that he "saved" in their respective elections.

Trump keeps saying anything, and still without proof.

Donald's greatest gift

The reasons that make Trump the greatest president ever are countless. His stable genius has demonstrated it again recently with his latest pardons. Other presidents before him have made controversial use of this power, but none before dared to break down the walls surrounding this prerogative like he does. No one knows the walls better than Donald any way. He knows how to build them. He knows how to tear them down. Enjoy his total genius now, skeptics. Presidential clemency has never before been granted to so many people with a personal and political connection to the Chief executive. A president has never before circumvented so much the formal process through which pardon applications must pass. But that's not all, dudes. By pardoning the main actors in Russiagate, he has turned the presidential pardon into a safety valve to "limit" downstream investigations by independent prosecutors that the president could not control upstream. In doing so, since a president cannot be prosecuted by the federal judiciary during his term of office and can now "cancel" in advance the prosecution of his friends by presidential pardon, he becomes virtually untouchable. Brilliant! His successors — with the same blood, let’s hope — will thank him forever, even if they will never dare to say it, cowards. All that remains to be done now is to bring down one last wall, but not the least: the self-pardon in advance. But bet Trump will do it. This new powerful and limitless presidential pardon power, if you still doubted it, is Donald's greatest legacy to the presidential institution. A legacy that will make Georges Mason turn over in his grave — he predicted it. The legacy that only a "very stable genius" could give. Merry Christmas, fellow Merbites! And remember, despite our different allegiances, we all belong, here and elsewhere, to the same community.

RVK7, I love your Trump qualifier "very stable genius" that made me laugh, because I would call him "very isntable narcissist" and I'm a gentleman, it's Christmas.

Merry Christmas to you and fellow Merbites!

Trump’s threat not to sign the stimulus bill has plunged the government into chaos.
Trump was still deciding whether he should veto the relief measure as of Wednesday evening, according to the Post. In that scenario, Congress may be able to muster enough votes to override a veto, but Trump has the option of a rare “pocket veto”: sit on the measure until the 116th Congress is adjourned, letting the bill die. Unless legislation is passed soon, millions of Americans will be left without urgently needed aid such as unemployment insurance.

I prefer not to comment.

He loves to play golf, but cheats all the time.

Ah yes like that his handicap remains low.

Does anyone know his handicap?

Another gem from August 2016...
" If i win i may never see my property...I may never see these places again. But because I'm going to be working for you, I'm not going to have time to go golfing, believe me. Believe me. Believe me, folks "

Yes, I believe him.
He only played golf about 310 times since he is President ! Poor him.
