Anytime Trump loses money, is another win for the US.
It's not a surprise, He's been a horrible business man for his entire adult life.

The Republican donor retreat happened over the weekend, and it couldn't have gone worse for the Republican Party. Donald Trump gave a speech during which he attacked everyone from his former Vice President Mike Pence to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. McConnell received the worst of the attacks, as Trump referred to him as a "dumb SOB" and a "stone cold loser." The Party is going to struggle moving forward because of Trump.
Mitch put all his money on one horse, told all his friends to make the same bet, lost race after race, and now if he doesn't keep betting on that same horse, it will eat him alive.

Florida's Trump-loving governor Ron DeSantis is suing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, demanding that they allow the state of Florida to reopen the cruise ship industry in the middle of the pandemic.
DeSantis knows that his crusade is destined to fail, but that's exactly the point. He wants to show Florida voters that he tried to stand up to big government so he can pretend he did all that he could to kickstart the Florida economy.

Republican Senator Rick Scott presented former President Donald Trump with their first-ever "Champion of Freedom" award at the GOP's donor retreat this past weekend. This is a new award that Republicans created for the sole purpose of stroking Trump's ego. Aside from that, the award means absolutely nothing and serves no purpose.
