I don't know from what unreliable source you are getting your "information", but there's no evidence to support anything you've posted.I believe all members of the MERB community must be on the side of Trump in this trial even if you hate him with all your guts. Trump hired Stormy as an SP for the brief vanilla sex (she has history as the high-end escort) and paid for this generously, about $10K I believe. When he became the presidential candidate, she started to advertise the encounter and in fact blackmailed Trump. This basically constitutes the breach of contract between a client and SP under which we all operate in this hobby. On top of that, she breached it again when she accepted $100K from the Enquirer to keep silent but is now testifying against Trump (and is probably paid for it again in some form). In the mafia world she would be killed like yesterday.
No such reliable sources. I think @minutemenX just claim his freedom of speach.I don't know from what unreliable source you are getting your "information", but there's no evidence to support anything you've posted.
I am curious. Can you lay down on what I have said is not true?No such reliable sources. I think @minutemenX just claim his freedom of speach.
There is no evidence that anything you wrote actually happened. It's all disinformation. Trump and Stormy had consensual, non-transactional sex once in 2006. She was not paid for sex and had no legal obligation to be silent. She did not blackmail trump rather tried to sell her story in 2015. Trump and David Pecker, president of AMI that owns the Enquirer, had a verbal agreement after trump announced his candidacy that Pecker would "catch and kill" negative stories about trump and did so in paying $30K to Dino the doorman and $150K to Playboy model Karen McDougal. Pecker was approached by Stormy's lawyer right before the 2016 election. Pecker declined to buy her story and testified at trial that he declined because "he was not a bank". Instead Michael Cohen, trump's lawyer and fixer, purchased the story for trump and was reimbursed twice the $130K he paid to offset city, state, and federal income taxes. The NDA Stormy signed was subsequently found to be invalid by a court which prompted trump and Cohen to agree not to enforce the NDA. Stormy is obligated, under penalty of perjury, to testify truthfully in court. She has not been paid to testify.I am curious. Can you lay down on what I have said is not true?
It is not in Trump's or Stormy interests to confirm that sex was transactional. There is no evidence that anything you wrote actually happened. It's all disinformation. Trump and Stormy had consensual, non-transactional sex once in 2006. She was not paid for sex ...
You are trying to change the topic. So, you agree that Trump and Stormy most probably had transactional sex. She then was trying to blackmail him peddling the story to press thus violating unwritten rules that this business is based upon. He paid her again to keep her mouth shut. She accepted the money and signed non-disclosure agreement. Now she testifies against him in the court. The whole problem for Trump is raised from the fact that SP blackmails him and there was no completely legal way out of this situation for Trump as commercial sex transactions are nor regulated by the written law. Thus, MERB community may have some sympathy for Trump in this predicament. This was the point of my initial post.Trump is charged with falsifying business records with the intent to cover up a violation of campaign finance laws by paying Stormy "hush money" to unlawfully influence the 2016 election. It's not about trump having sex or paying for sex, per se, and it's certainly not about me or my "experience".
OK, you play dummy, so I go again. When you see a doctor with say some STD problem, he is obliged by law to keep information confidential under very harsh penalty. No such written law for known reasons exists in commercial sex, but it would not survive if similar rule is not adhered too. There are however always risks running into criminal intent, thus most people are trying to stay anonymous in this hobby. Trump is the victim of violation of this unwritten rule. As I explained there are clear signs that Tramp-Stormy sexual encounter was transactional (if it looks like a duck..). Thus, I have sympathy for him just in this matter and found behaviour of Stormy utterly disgusting.I am not changing the topic. I am disputing your highly inaccurate, fictitious account of the topic. I don't agree, and there's no evidence to support, that they had "pay for play" sex and it's irrelevant anyway, or that she was blackmailing him. Trump was actively trying to suppress his history with women. How could she, or anyone violate rules that are non-existent? ...
Yes, it was a one shot one hour love affair not a commercial sex. Yes, it was not a blackmail but a legitimate woman right to sell the info about it as there is no written law to keep it confidential. It is a mind set in which political expediency, i.e. everything against Trump, justifies behaviour that even against your own interests. There is no farther point to argue. You are right, I should better concentrate on planning my next sin, which is by the way is a very popular topic on this boardDeal with your own sins please.
