Ex-White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman authored an unflattering book about Donald Trump titled, "Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House."
Trump asserted that Manigault Newman violated a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and Trump filed a complaint with the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitrator T. Andrew Brown just ruled that the NDA drafted by Trump's people was "highly problematic", "did not adhere to typical legal standards" and was "vague, indefinite, and therefore void and unenforceable." It's unclear which of Donald's Trump's "best people" drafted the unenforceable NDA.
He can't stand to be around anyone smarter than he is. And by the last counting that's maybe 70% of America.

This particular Trump grift should surprise no one, because it also comes off Forbes dropping him from their list of 400 wealthiest Americans for the first time in 25 years. He most likely got on the list by lying to Forbes in the first place. Most wealthy people on the list don't want to draw attention to themselves as rich. But if you're faking it like Trump, that's exactly what you do. He's the only person that ever complained that Forbes underestimated his wealth.
He still has his favorite TV Channel to use, FOX News.
By the way, FOX News is celebrating today its 25th years on air.
It is sad that it became a disinformation chanel, at least with its clowns : Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and some others.
