This is the next President? Putin, Xi and others will never take her and the US seriously. They'll eat her up.

Yet Trump is still popular, shows how well liked the Dems are.
Trump received 46% of the total vote in both the 2016 and 2020 elections. Clinton and Biden received 48% and 51%, respectively. Voters are more likely to vote for a Democrat and have in 7 of the 8 last presidential elections.

Harris was not very popular in the past with a 28% approval rating but since the Dems had to kick out Biden they had to pick Harris, not for want but for need.
From the Washington Examiner

Biden didn’t pick Harris for an electoral boost, nor did he pick her for her political talent. Harris’s time in the national spotlight going back to 2019 has included embarrassing blunders such as suggesting rural people are incapable of using photocopiers and being unprepared for obvious questions about her few responsibilities as vice president. Harris is famous for her rambling word salad answers that make her sound like a broken artificial intelligence chatbot.

To top it all off, Harris is also a bad debater, despite the liberal media wish-casting that it would be her strength as a former prosecutor. Her 2020 presidential campaign was ended on the debate stage by Tulsi Gabbard, and she was batted away in future debates by both Democrats and then-Vice President Mike Pence.
To recap, Harris is a gaffe machine, is a poor debater, and has an unimpressive electoral history. She also has a terrible record with her own staff, including “low morale, porous lines of communication, and diminished trust among aides.” Axios even reported that she had to hold a “mock dinner” before a dinner with journalists because Harris is so inauthentic that she cannot even speak to dinner guests without rehearsing it.

So sure, you can go ahead and argue that Harris was selected based on merits, as Weigel and Dovere have. Just make sure you get back to the rest of us about what those merits could possibly be.
Gaffe machine? Have you listened to trump? He's outright incoherent. Poor debater? Why is trump afraid of debating her? And your entire Gabbard point is ridiculous. She threw a few punches just like she did for years against Obama. Where is she now? On Fox and at CPAC. Electoral record? She's won more elections than trump and was part of the ticket that defeated him in 2020. Staff morale? You are grasping at straws to come up with negatives. Maybe you have some other reasons for disliking her so much.

Thunder Lipps was quoting a Washington Examiner article which was completely on target and all of this has been well known and well publicized for a long time. He is not saying it, the Washington press has for some time because they know it is all true.

The Washington Examiner is a far-right publication. It is not a credible, unbiased source.

The 4 years that resulted in 2 impeachments, a bungled COVID-19 response, an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election and illegally stay in power. That 4 years?

More than 30 000 lies, how many golf days, been mocked by world leaders for his ignorance (american wheel invention, using airfield long before plane existed, etc.)

Please name some of your credible sources? The ones the Dems prefer would never post that. Have you ever seen a post that said " Trump lied about his property value for a loan but to note the loan was paid off in full and on time, it was a victimless crime.
If that was in the headlines ( as that is as far as most read ) I think there would be a different outlook towards that crime.

As for far right.. Guess anything the Dems do not agree with is Far right.

djt is going to save people from the burden of voting in the future.

"It'll be fixed, it'll be fine."

Why vote when you have smart men like djt doing your thinking for you? What do people know about politics anyway?

Not having to vote is much more efficient, like the noble bastions of North Korea, Iran or Russia. They got it figured out.

Which reminds me of a quote from George Orwell's Animal Farm: “But sometimes you might make the wrong decisions, comrades, and then where should we be?”

. Staff morale?

This is a big issue, if her staff is quitting there is a good reason. She is probably a control freak who listened to nobody, do as I say or leave person. There are quite a few people who judge someone on the way they talk to a waitress, it would be the same as to the way they work with their staff.

From Fox news but on other sites also.

There is no way she would have said to fund if you can but not contribute on her own, them refusing to answer tells the story.

MINNEAPOLIS — Former President Donald Trump is using a 2022 Minnesota murder case to attack Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump claims Harris helped raise millions and personally donated to a fund that got extra support to bail out protestors in the aftermath of George Floyd's death.

"One of the dangerous criminals Kamala helped bail out of jail was Shawn Michael Tillman," Trump said at a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina. "You know that name. A repeat offender who, with Harris's help, was set free. He then went on to murder a man on a train platform in St. Paul, Minnesota, shooting him in cold blood six times, lying on the ground."

While parts of Trump's statement are true — Shawn Michael Tillman did murder a man in St. Paul after being released from jail — other parts of the former president's statement are misleading.

In June of 2020, just after George Floyd's death, then-California Sen. Kamala Harris tweeted, "If you're able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota."

Nearly two years later, on April 25, 2022, Tillman was arrested in St. Paul on a gross misdemeanor indecent exposure charge. Bail is set at $2,000 dollars and he is put in jail.

On May 3, 2022, the Minnesota Freedom Fund paid his $2,000 bail and he was released. On May 20, 2022, Tillman murdered a man at the light rail station in downtown St. Paul. He is now serving a life sentence for that crime.

The Minnesota Freedom Fund said, "It is not correct that then-Sen. Harris has donated to our organization. We have no relationship with Harris beyond a single four-year-old tweet."

The Harris for President campaign declined to comment.

So fraud is a "victimless crime" when trump does it. The jury and the judge didn't think so.

Who got hurt in this event when all the monies was paid back on time? My comment was towards the medias failing to make note of the fact no money was stolen and all debts paid back. Plus a jury and judge from NY, did not expect Trump to win that one even before it began, neither did the jury or judge.

Because of the fraud trump was able to borrow more money at a lower rate and get more favorable premiums from insurers. So do you really think that this fraud is insignificant? The jury consisted of ordinary citizens selected by both the plaintiff and the defendant. The jury heard the evidence, applied the law, and found trump and his sons guilty. If you don't want to be held accountable in NY, don't commit a crime there.

So if I take a shot at you and miss, is it a victimless crime and therefore not to be penalized?

If I change a price tag on an article in your store and pay less than you asked, but you don't lose money, is it a victimless crime? Trump paid less interest than the bank would have asked if he had provided honest information.
