Asking why an SP does what she does is like having a great piece of steak and asking the waiter/waitress how the cow is killed. Not sure why you're hating on Dillan's response so much...? It certainly wasn't medicore or filled with resentment(frustration maybe, but not really resentment, or that's how I read it).
A question was asked, sarcastic and even insulting answers were given("selling your ass is easy"), so she answered it in an honest way, and she isn't wrong in her answer by any means.
You guys are all entitled to give your opinions on matters freely, as are we, without being insulted because of it. If you don't agree with her opinion, feel free to counter back in a respectful way.
But to answer on this actual thread, which is really impossible to give a straight answer to since each person in this industry gets into it for different reasons, yes money is the biggest reason, though if you think we're all swimming in pools of cash, I'd hate to burst your bubble on that one(I think Dillan already saw to that!), the flexibility and freedom this profession gives us is probably also another huge reason...besides those two it really differs from person to person.
I believe there just as many reasons as there so different reason we go for SP. it goes beyond the fun of having sex which is equal for both of us, only badly perform by many guys and girls...

Good money (sometimes its equivalent in the form of goods and services in the third world) that is difficult to get in any other way is the only motivation. Take it out of the equation and escorting would end. For sure there will be girls having multiple partners for the “sake of art”, sexual entertainment and exploration but 99.9% of the present day clientele on this forum would be not lucky to see them

John's will always be walking talking ATMs to SPs. There may be other reasons, but it is always about the money. There may be other reasons, but the #2's and #3's trail Reason #1 by a country mile, and then some. Maybe exceptions exist. Rare though. Nothing wrong with that. Just the reality of our hobby.

RESPECT. It takes incredible fortitude. For the girls who come through this job unscathed - what incredibly strong women they are. Forever damaged? Perhaps, but not always. Assassins with hearts of stone? Perhaps for some. And, for those humans, with flaws - can you really blame them for the occasional bouts of YMMV? I, for one, cannot. No SLAs in this business, as far as I'm concerned. We're dealing with humans, not robots.
