What do you do when you encounter an SP with warts?

I've noticed this on the last 2 SP's that I saw where they had scab marks where the wart was frozen off mostly on their chest and stomach areas.

When I see this I get really tentative when exploring their bodies and keeping away from the infected areas.

Am I just overreacting or I should think nothing of it?

I had some Superficial Basal Cell Carcinoma spots burnde off as well which would look the same.

While warts are contagious having them burt off probaby means the risk is gone. Did you mean scabs or scars. I don't think I'd fool around with anyone that had visible scabs....ewwww.

Podophyllin

The common medication used in the treatment of genital warts is called "Podophyllin". It's available via prescription from your doctor & the liquid is applied carefully over each individual 'wart'. Toothpicks have been known to be used to apply the solution onto the warts. It burns/freezes the warts & is extremely effective. Treatment procedures vary from patient to patient.
