What does hobbying look like with a budget of 5k | 10k | 20k per month

He has been around here for awhile, different names. My guess is he used the Tim's example as Mike said he picked up a hot recruit at Tim's once.
Just my opinion.
It’s all good maybe he needs time to warm up to Montreal and start enjoying what it has to offer
Not the hero we deserve but the hero we got , just saying :)

I just realized Quebec has crazy tax. I don't know how you guys afford this hobby, even if the lucky ones making high income, the provincial govt government takes 25%
I can’t speak for the rest of the board but I’m self-employed and pay my accountant well lol, as the saying goes: “where there’s a will, there’s a way”.

Well 120K is a lot in Montreal. I'm in Hospitality and that pays about 85K in Montreal if you're lucky as in specialized. In US I used to make 3x that. I figured all professions paid lower here and it was normal.

What "new" jobs clear 120 without training or school? I'd love to sign up

Not sure what was your role in "hospitality" was, but I am guessing there is a little PR in it. You could leverage that skill for sales? Real estate brokers make easily 100k, Covid is a great time for them. A friend of mine, in 2 months, made her year income.

IT has loads of roles for $100k+ even more if you go solo.

Work hard/smart and it'll pay off... sit on your steak and you'll earn what you deserve.

when you go to the hospital in the US, you easily get screwed over with the service fees, its almost to the point, people avoid going. Terrible way to live. I've read articles where Americans come into the clinic for seizures, and because its an intermittent issue, they have to wait in a waiting room. You have a waiting room with people with mild symptoms sitting next to a guy whose seizing out.... listening to the intercom "calling # 967"
if you have seen the documentary "Tiger King" a girl gets her forearm bitten off by a tiger and because of the high costs of saving her arm, she decided to keep it amputated. US fail.

Here in Canada, we can show up whenever we want, and we will get immediate help for free. pay for your meds, thank you good bye.

like NoChurch said, cost of living is less, so there's some balance, hobbying is cheaper here so people can afford it as much as people can in the US. I am fortunate enough to have an above average salary, and I can setup some $ aside to hobby.
Also remember, when you have easy access to hobbying, you tend to hobby at a decent pace, whereas when I see Americans who come to MTL, they try to squeeze in as much hobbying as possible in the short span of their stay.

I remember you made a comment about me seeing Ruby Rymer 2 days in a row, doesn't mean the next day I booked someone else, I hobby when I want to, I am not in a rush to hobby, i can go multiple days/weeks without hobbying because I am not worried about missing out. Not sure if you have been around enough to be in that vibe, and I think you are still looking for that good experience so it must feel like constant TOFTTing for you when you are hobbying.

What IT roles pay more than 100K without any experience or background in IT sector? RE sounds interesting but I heard it's low pay and hard work in the first few years till you're setting up a client base, a brand for yourself and a network.

Healthcare is better in Canada as in less to worry about and cost obviously but the quality is better in US, even in poor states. I lived in Mississippi for a bit and got sick once and felt like being treated like a king, it did cost me $1500 however, but my issues were resolved promptly with top notch service in the poorest part of America. I haven't been to Doctors in Canada but I heard from friends it's a nightmare if you need non emergency surgery.

It's not just anyone who can become a real estate broker.

You have to do your studies, of course they are not too long, and you can do them online.
There is also training, to always be up to date.

You must pass the exam from the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec, the only association that issues licenses to practice as a chartered broker.
He was talking about 120k without any studies. There are not a lot.

If there is I am interested (even if university studies)

It's not just anyone who can become a real estate broker.

Yes without studies. I will be setting up in Ontario or BC. I just have a few weeks left on my lease then I'm out. It's not just for tax reasons, but also language, and better quality SPs. Cheaper too. In Toronto you can do do 30mins for $160 with high quality girls. Higher cost of living but lower tax and lower hobby cost so it's good.

Not everyone, I agree... but some personality can make it easier than other personality, for example if you're a natural "sales person".

I did say " Work hard/smart and it'll pay off... sit on your steak and you'll earn what you deserve"... so if you don't educate yourself at all, don't expect $100K+. So yes, it takes some studies whether you want to go in real estate or IT, but it requires much less studies than other high paying jobs (doctor, lawyers, etc.)

I read somewhere that in the US, someone got a $70k hospital bill for a broken arm and that hospital bills of this sort are the norm there. Even if the salaries are higher, you get bankrupted in so many other ways in the US. In so many cases, insurance companies won't pay for your health bills in the US. And not to mention how expensive medication is in the US. I just read Trump's medical treatment for COVID at Walter Reed would have cost an average American $100k.
Yeah surprise bills are normal. I had one for $2500 when I was doing something stupid to my body and needed medical treatment. But a normal healthy person is fine. After 65 it's free like it is in Canada except better service and quick surgeries even if non emergency.

^^^^^^ Health care is not free in Canada, only if you are a lifetime welfare case.

I found no difference in quality of SP’s in MTL vs GTA. Absolutely no difference. @ least for my tastes. When it comes to price, I’m not sure it’s cheaper? It’s generally $240/hour in MTL. For a popular agency girl, $250/hour vs $300/hour in GTA for a highly popular agency girl. Some of the Indys are charging $500+\hour. Sure you have the option of doing half hour sessions, but none of the popular chics are gonna dick around for a half hour, lol. They will straight up say , F-that. Especially with covid?

MTL providers frequent GTA for the better rates.

Yea cost of living and less taxes may be better in GTA but if your one of those who just cares about the mongering. MTL hands down and get more for your $20,000/month

For Toronto, the hot ones will do half hour unless top 1%. Toronto is definitely more attractive and also my type. Montreal used to have high volume, high quality when I last visited 5yrs ago but still not like Toronto. I used MSC, satin dreamz, Gof, devilish, and others. I think covid impacted Montreal may be...? Only Luxury escorts, the new agency is good right now for me.

^^^^^^^ Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder. I have seen better looking girls at the agencies who advertise here IMO.
Just like music and art, to each their own, no one is wrong to like what they like.

If I had that type of budget, I would reach out to the top tier beauty like https://twitter.com/Amouranth
With my current limited budget I can only dream :(

She looks hot =)

This is exactly the kind of thing I would prefer to throw my money at if have a larger budget.

Once I had a friendly conversation with a fellow monger from Dubai in a brothel / sex club setting.

When I asked him what kind of pussies those well-to-do Emiratis men ( as in upper middle class guys worth a couple of Millions only.. I am not talking about the ruler of UAE kind of rich) like to have, he told me they fly instagram models & online influencers girls from US and Europe to Dubai.

Apparently, a lot of the non-SP hotties we see online would be accessible if the budget allows it.

Yes, Sol Tee Nutz, it's totally true.

A chance that all tastes are in nature, everyone makes their own choice.
I make my choice according to the budget that I have decided to invest in the hobby.

I try to respect him, I said "I try"
