Funny that you mention this movie. I watched it again last week. I think this was the third time i watched it & for me it always gets better every time i see it. For me i consider it a masterpiece & Christophe Walz is absolutely brilliant in this movie. Django Unchained is another Tarantino movie that i’ve watched again recently & like the other movie it gets even better the more i watch it.
Same here, not many movies but most are amazing.
It's a terrifying movie about what I would call ''ordinary violence''.. basically normalized violence.. I thought it was brilliant as well. This subject is a bit exhausted, but it could be applied to other situations
This is so weird.. I don't remember the trailer but it never seemed like that type of movie before I saw it lol. The soundtrack is very memorable.

Stallone has been in very good movies. I also loved the Expendables series. By the way have you his recent series “Tulsa King” on Paramount+? I think it’s surprisingly very good!
Watched it a few weeks ago and wasn't overwhelmed, maybe i'll have to watch it again.
I was also somewhat disappointed with Longlegs. But i saw it at the movie theatre back-to-back after Trap, which i liked. I figured maybe i was a bit too tired when it was time to watch Longlegs so maybe it deserves that i watch it again to appreciate more.

For smile 2 you probably meant Naomi Scott Maida Monroe is not in smile 2. Some actors are simply amazing Boyd Holbrook, Tom Hardy come to mind, but some are not Chrisopher Walken and George Clooney they seem to be the same person in every movie they play in.
I stand corrected & will take your advice & watch Smike again tonight. I’ve watched several horror movies over the past few days that it gets confusing at times. I watched ‘It Follows’ last night & no wonder the actress didn’t look like tge one in Smile 2’.

Well i took your advice & last night i rewatched both movies back-to-back & omg am i glad i did! Wow! I realized that i didn’t remember 90% of the first movie & wow! What a great horror movie it is! Unbelievable acting performance by the main actress! But i took your advice & re-watched the sequel immediately afterwards & now the beginning totally makes sense! I hadn’t realized until re-watching it that the character from the opening scene is the same character at the end of the first movie! The opening sequence of the sequel rem8mded me of what they did with Casino Royale & Quantum of Solace: it’s really two movies in one! Almost like Kill Bill Vol 1 & Kill Bill Vol 2! Anyways although i said last week that i had enjoyed Smile 2 very much i ended up enjoying even more re-watching again right after having re-watched Smile!
Yup finish watching smile 1 back in 2022 and i was like yeah Meh, part 2 comes out i remember the cop at the end of part 1 but barely, I like Smile 2 but said mmm i am missing out, so i re watch both back to back and now it did make a lot more sense. 2 great movies.
