Romantic Comedies
I have been going more and more to the movies recently. I went to see OSS 117 last week. A french comedy which was very popular in France. I had some good laughs with other strangers in the dark. Thought, DuJardin was rehashing the racist cliches and I seriously doubt that an OSS 117 3 would be a success.
Prior to OSS 117, I went to see The proposition, with Sandra Bullock. A nice romantic comedy, though very predictable. It had the merit that Sandra was playing in it and that was enough for me to go and watch it.
I am more and more into romantic comedies these days and have been buying a lot of romantic comedy DVDs. I have watched "There is something about Mary" which I still find hilarious, "Here comes Polly" which was OK, and "My Big Greek Fat Wedding" which I found boring (it was much funnier when I watched it for the first time).
