Blood pudding (boudin) or sausage no matter how it's prepared....Dislike!

Polish ,I have tried goulasch ,made by a Polish grandma ,she stayed in my home for 3 weeks .

I don`t know if it counts as exotic, but the most adventurous meal I ever had was at Incanto Restaurant in San Francisco. The chef of Incanto is Chris Cosentino reknown for winning Top Chef Masters and specializing in cooking offal aka Roman fifth quarter cooking.
The tasting menu I tried consisted of the following dishes:
Lamb heart tartare
Tuna tripe with white bean stew
Seared crispy lambs brain
Crispy pork trotter cake with grilled watermelon
Candied cockscomb (taste and texture of a warm strawberry gummy bear) with rice pudding
Food was amazing but very rich. Portion size was really large... the chef saw me sit at the table and probably guessed I had a healthy appetite. Tasting menu only costed me $55 usd before tax and tip. Great vfm for a memorable meal.

Though nothing in my heritage can suggest it, I like durian and one time was almost addicted to it. It has a strong smell of hydrogen sulfide but you stop smelling it in a few minutes as in the case with the real hydrogen sulfide gas. It is delicious. You can buy it frozen triple sealed in some Chinese stores in NYC. If you are a white guy like me they would look at you with suspicion as some people are buying this stuff for malicious purposes
Great 5 courses meal
The only thing missing is lemon sorbet to cleanse thé palate

To each his own..I tip my hat to you for being able to stomach that stuff. I've even been tricked into eating it before and once it touched my mouth I spit it right out lol

Escargots - Love them. Cooked with garlic butter, wine, and spinach. Could eat this all day.
Fois Gras - Extremely fine and smooth tasting. People will hear "L-I-V-E-R" and run for the hills. It couldn't be more different than typical liver.
Octopus (tentacles) - I remember a girl I was hot for bringing this as traditional dish in high school French class. Quite weird to see at first. I tried it to impress her and found out it wasn't bad at all.

If you love foie gras, then you should head over to Restaurant Au Pied de Cochon. It is a celebration of decadence in all things foie gras. Try the foie gras poutine!
I've heard of that place once. Seems really amazing but I've heard you have to secure your place long in advance because the spots fill up really fast
