I don't know for bakery but you made me think of Big T's BBQ in Calgary, they have smoked cheesecake and it's AMAZING !

I still remember when I started working at IGA in 1976 in Ottawa ,Kiwis where selling for over a $1.00 and where consider a highly exotic fruit .

As a bakery supervisor ,I remember people where considering croissant exotic ,many did not even know what it
was !Lol
