I love food. All kinds. But I eat everything in moderation. Meats, fish, poultry, vegetables...the only thing I'm not fond of is fruits. Humans are omnivores by nature. Our bodies are engineered for that. The only reason to go vegan is if you have some dietary health reason. Otherwise eating a balanced diet of whole foods (avoid processed foods) will go a long way in maintaining health.
