Ideally a location where I'm not going to run into someone else while I'm going to my destination.
I don't like running into people on my way to the meet. So small hotels and all that are stressful.

My favorite incall spot used to have 4-5 mirrors. They got rid of them and only kept 1. I am pissed

Thats the only thing missing, we only have two. I want more.
A clean nicely decorated apartment/condo with a spotless bathroom. Add in a fresh towel, mouthwash, and shower supplies and it's perfect.
My best experience included a bedroom with fresh bed linen, big fluffy pillows, mirrors everywhere, semi-dim lighting, and low volume pleasant music. Damn it was romantic and sexy!
Worst experience, I was visiting a traveling provider and asked if I could go to the washroom to freshen up. She said sure and off I go. I opened the door there were two girls hiding in there. One sitting in the bathtub fully clothed and the other sitting on the toilet seat (clothed as well) and both were on their phones. Three girls sharing one room and rotating through customers. Felt like I was on a conveyor belt in a sex factory.

I’ve heard of similar situations. Touring can get expensive but at the very least go for a walk, go hangout in a nearby coffee shop, just go anywhere but in the hotel room.
If you need to ask, your not ready for the answer... I can think of many options beyond just a sex swing lol... Oh the bondage opportunities
As someone who has been scammed twice in the past, personally I get very skittish if I get to a place and the girl leaves the room.

I am always fully clothed when I greet people because in the unfortunate I have to kick someone out of my apartment, I don’t want to do so in a g string.
You mean, don't leave the hotel room or the apartment? Why and when does that happen (in the case that it's not a scam)?

That's too bad because I have to remove my glasses... unless you're glued to one of them I unfortunately won't see much.

Pour ma part, ça dépend de la teneur de la rencontre. On sait pourquoi nous sommes là ensemble. Donc le dénouement est déjà pas mal établi à quelques virgules près. Sommes-nous à une première rencontre où il s'agit d'un rendez-vous récurrent. La rencontre est courte, longue, sociale ou purement physique? Les besoins de chacun sont différents, est-elle pour toi une confidente, une calineuse ou une maîtresse.
Il y a l'histoire que l'on se raconte… dans notre tête qui ajoute aussi des éléments souhaitables ou non.
Les éléments que j'aime, mais je n'ai pas de TOC aucunement:
Un accès simple à l'appartement.
Une petite cuisine équipée minimalement pour celle qui aime grignoter
De la musique, j'aime si le son est de bonne qualité. La musique est super importante pour moi.
Des fenêtres voilées légèrement le jour, mais sombre le soir (Intimité)
Un éclairage chaud (2800-3000°K) le soir pour une ambiance chaleureuse idéalement pas du plafond
Une pièce tempérée qui sera agréable même une fois dénudé.e
Grand fauteuil ou sofa pour pouvoir être près l'un.e de l'autre pour l'apéro
Une belle grande douche en verre avec une alcôve immense avec assise (au cas où, on ne sait jamais, ça peut servir).
Savon et gel avec odeur douce et discrète.
Serviettes douces et grande
Un grand lit moelleux qui sent bon avec quelques oreillers, c'est toujours utile.
Grand Miroir sans en faire une maison aux miroirs. Il faut bien finir par en sortir
Cela dit, je m'imagine en camping dans une tente à vélo ou sur des skis avec elle et le bonheur serait au rendez-vous assurément!
