When does time start/end? How do you view your time duration with a sp?

Outcall is very simple because the time start when you open the door for her. You should be already showered yourself, she may ask for a 5m refresh wich is totally understandle especially in summer and beside that your time should go til 5 to 10 minutes before the end to let her time to shower again and get ready. 15 minute is a bit exagerating imo. 10 should be enough.

Incall : I noticed it seem to start mostly when you get the "ok" to get in. When you get the buzzer code and such and not when you pass the door as it should be. I mean you should be getting the code 2-3 minutes before the app time, especially when its on the 4th floor at the very end of a corridor with tons of doors. Im not joking there, last time i got to an incall building was huge and the unit was completely at the end of the corridor so add the elevator time plus all to get in, it took me many minutes.

In the case of the OP arriving 4m before time but having to park in MONTREAL wasn't a very smart move (mean no offense). Unless the SP has a dedicated parking you can use, you should had planned to arrive way ahead. Once i got to an incall 15 late because i lost myself on the way and yeah i lost the time, wich "sucked" but agency book tied between clients so they can't accomodate.

Now i always make sure to arrive a full 30 minute before my time. And when it comes to Xo especially i know well the route now so it ain't complicated. There is also a little nice park close by with a convenience store, so when its in summer or fall and its a sunny day, i just go there, buy myself a drink and chill there. I already said it and will say it again, incall always felt less personal and more of a "manufactured experience" if i can say so. It add extra stress. BUT since Covid the prices of hotels have risen up so much and since my downtown friend has moved away from there (i was lucky to be able to host multiple times at his home), incall do have a certain "convenience" in saving me 150$ ... Of course the experience is different from back then, where a Montreal trip would be "an event" in some ways. I would spend 2 days there, visit stores, and such. Last time i litterally arrived in Montreal, got to the incall, saw provider 1 then provider 2 right after, then back to catch my amigo express and return home.

Both providers were fantastic so it was still a great experience but it was less of a "vacation" for me like when i spend more time in the city. Anyway i digress.

in the case of a provider not being ready on time, then your time start when she is ready and its up to her or her agency to deal with delaying the other clients. Not your fault.

I think it would be helpful to let your clients know it may be difficult to find parking in the area.

Some providers explicitly mention on their sites that parking is easily accessible (eg. South Shore).

My incall is in the best part of downtown for parking. Everyone tells me how easy it is to park but I don’t have a car so what do I know? It’s always best to Google it anyways because there might be events or something like that.

In my line of work, i deal constantly with clients being late for meetings, which throws off my schedual completly for the day. Unfortunatly, we are not allowed to charge clients for being late, if i could, i would haha.

To me, if your app was a 1pm and you are late, too bad, your time started at 1pm. If she is late, it should start when she shows up.

They are running a business, they have clients showing up at certain times or they have to be somewhere at a certain time. Time is money in that line of work. Clients have to be responsable for showing up on time.

I've met a couple that didn't look at the clock and it went over the paid hour, but that was because the conversation was flowing well. But that was her choice, not mine.
