They have to provide GFE that’s for sure. There’s no such thing as deciding what your services are because the agency promises a certain service. The reviews also have a huge play in what they provide, like you couldn’t refuse certain services for hygiene issues.
It’s more like you can refuse but your employer will make you sure you know how deceive they are of you. At least for my experience in salons, the staff would make sure you know you’re being a pain in the ass for exercising your boundaries.
Really ? Surprised with that. I know some dont all offer as an example anal cim daty/dato dfk but again you hear about it here for one but i didnt expect the agency to kind of like bitch about it to. Thats honestly news to me

a pimp is someone who persuades individuals to work as service providers through manipulation and brainwashing tactics, while an agency owner is a regular individual who sees business opportunities to make money

I could give you an example of an agency owner who is preying on 18-19 yo who are looking for sugar daddies on Seeking Arrangement. Next thing you know, the girl became an escort working for him. Then she left the agency in no time to become indy because she wasn't comfortable offering GFE services. Then the agency booked her left and right, passing for potential clients, with no show to make her waste her time.

I could go on and on...

When you mentioned "pimp," were you referring to agency owners? When I discussed the type of service, I was specifically referring to agency owners. Are you suggesting that services are provided for free? Are you implying that agency owners set up agencies with drivers, clients, websites, and advertising so that service providers can simply walk in and have clients lined up for free? That would indeed be an intriguing world to live in, but unfortunately, that is not the reality. Let me clarify: in my view, a pimp is someone who persuades individuals to work as service providers through manipulation and brainwashing tactics, while an agency owner is a regular individual who sees business opportunities to make money. An agency owner does not need to coerce individuals into becoming service providers.
Agency owners are also pimps. I know it’s hard for you to contextualize this because that would make you an accessory to trafficking but that’s what it is and how it’s describein the law anyway.
Your street pimps also see it that way, like agency owners. This is a business and the girls have to pay for whatever they provide to them.
Of course agency owners have to coerce girls to work for them. That’s how they keep them working. I get that in your mind a mean pimp shows up and kidnaps a girl and make her work in a basement but 99% of the time that’s not how it works.
Girls get pimps because they feel like that’s the only way to work. Same for agency girls. The way agencies set up the system is that the prices are so low that you might aswell just work for them if you want to make money. And good luck being able to work for anyone else if you stand up.
I’ve had so many agency owners reach out and they literally text the exact same way those pimps on LL contact me so like please. stop romanticizing this business model.

I understand that these tactics are being used, but how could you compare between these tactics and the brutal methods employed by actual pimps?

Following a victim's escape or release from a pimp's control, the aftermath often involves the necessity for extensive psychological support, including long-term therapy , post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and the list goes on.

It seems that the prevailing belief is that everyone involved in the sex industry, including drivers and pharmacies supplying condoms to service providers, is now being classified as pimps.

I think the number one motivation for not criticizing agencies is the fact that many people choose to deal with agencies because of the price, choice of girls and last minute availabilities.

Keeping our eyes closed is convenient.

We have two girls who described the lengthy abuse they’ve suffered and you just dont give a fuck. They’re the same methods. Owners rape their girls very often. I dont know if you refuse to see it because you have some sort of fantasy to become an agency owner one day…You don’t have enough knowledge to be discussing this, the best you can do is listen to providers. Again, I’ll repeat, this image of a pimp that you have that is brutally beating his girls everyday is like absolutely false. This is not a black and white situation.
I wouldn’t even be surprised if organized crime was involved with agencies, if that can make you see another perspective.

I think we have some preconceived notions of what a pimp is, based from movies and limited perspective, but if we simply look up the definition of a pimp:

pimp
noun
  1. a man who controls prostitutes and arranges clients for them, taking part of their earnings in return.
Ummm i mean maybe im stupid but isnt that what agencies and salons do ? Lol

Id be curious to know, how much euphoria and xo ( since they are the most frequented agencies) or at least appears so . How much the house makes and the provider. Its rhetorical by the way.

also wanna add that at those two it seems the girls can offer what they want, again i dont know in assuming . Meaning if they dont feel comfortable offering they dont have to, but they will definitely feel the wrath of merb lol
For the incall agencies, I heard from some SPs that the agencies keep around $60-70 for each 1 hr appointment. Someone else in this thread mentioned that the girl keeps around 75 %, so it’s in that ballpark.
Many girls are fully booked, so based on the number of girls working and the sheer volume of clients per day, it’s obvious that these agencies make a lot of money!

As for the other point, I also heard that the girls are coerced to offer more than what they’re comfortable with. They can refuse, but I heard that they get pressured to offer more. Some agency owners will tell them they can make more tips, or won’t give them enough bookings them if they don’t comply, etc.

I now understand your viewpoint that anyone involved in the sex industry can be seen as a pimp, including clients like me who use services provided by individuals working for agencies.

It's interesting how you draw parallels between clients and those involved in sex trafficking. Your perspective on this matter is quite thought-provoking.

It seems that in your past experiences, you may have been associated with the wrong agency where the owner's greed led them to view individuals as objects rather than valued associates.

I don't intend to romanticize agency owners, and my focus is not on defending them. What I'm trying to say is the distinction between victims of real pimps and agency owners driven by greed. Despite our differing opinions on this debate, it's clear that we may not see eye to eye, so perhaps it's best to agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Anyone that is taking money directly from someone that is doing sex work as a cut is a pimp. It’s not a matter of point of view. And yes according to the law, anyone involved in facilitating sex work is considered a pimp, that’s not my approach but that’s it.

I’m absolutely questioning your morals here, because like you said yourself. Your number one reason for not seeing pimped girls is because of services. You’re just admitting that you continue to see agency girls that are not in the best situations because you are prioritizing the service that you’re getting. I also really don’t understand the point of this thread. Are we now gonna start discussing the pros and cons of hiring minors because their services could be good ? What is this.

You don’t understand how this works and you keep giving your opinion. Girls are not associates to owners, they’re under them. It’s not a matter of greed, it’s being predatory. Just please stop talking about this distinction that you’ve never experienced and never will.

Let me clarify my stance: I have absolutely no respect for anyone who profits from the exploitation of sex workers. It was both amusing and concerning when you suggested that I aspire to become an agency owner in the sex industry. I want to make it clear that there are numerous respectable ways to earn a living that do not involve exploiting others. My values and principles in life are important to me, and I hold myself to high standards.

I was taken aback by the stories of the two girls who described the unethical tactics used by agency owners. It's not something you hear about every day. If I ever found out that an agency I was dealing with was using such tactics, I would immediately distance myself from them. I do not condone such behavior or any form of dishonest tactics.
