About asking for change... Not only it sounds cheap but... I for one rarely even have money with me during an incall session for security purposes. I don’t want to risk being robbed! Lol. I don’t think it looks cheap to have a $10 bill, but if all you have is $20 bills and give a lady $240 and ask for $10 back, I would agree with you that’s a bit shaky/cheap.
