    Lying to friends and family

What's your go-to lie when people ask you where you were last night -- when you were with an SP? Mine is the movies. Just tell the people who are asking that you saw a movie that they, themselves, would never want to see in a million years. Follow up question: "How was it?" "It was okay." Done. I find people don't ask too many questions about movies because either they think the movie is dumb and don't care about it, or they want to see it and don't want you to give too much away about it.

It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes people ask where i was previously or if i have plans for the day after. I can always say that i have a poker game planned or that i just went in a Starbuck's with a friend who has personnal problems and prefers to remain discrete or anonymous.

Saying i went to the movies can be tricky, someone can ask you where it is playing, etc.

I've had this conversation with girls so its funny to see the other side of it. I usually say I'm having some drinks with the roomie but lately I've claimed to have a job as a hotel room cleaner.
    Sneaky sneaky

I actually brag to my friends and family about bangin escorts..lol

    The reaction is either:

Jealousy and envy from the guys in the family
Understanding from my parents...they know everyone needs to get laid to stay healthy mentally

I never hobby when I am involved with someone, so I don't have much of a problem. I don't necessarily tell people I was with an SP, just that I was seeing someone. Anything more is quite frankly none of their business. This rarely comes up though because I have never met an SP in the same city I live in or have family in. Its either during a business trip or a dedicated vacation.

I actually check Fandango when I'm seeing an SP so I have the lie lined up. So far it has worked out for me just fine. My family is generally pretty religious, so my actually admitting that I was with an SP is a no-go. I might be able to get away with admitting it to my brothers or a few of my friends, but my sisters-in-law or my elderly parents, noooo. The last movie that I legitimately saw by myself was Sideways and that came out in 2004.

The business was built on lies & survives because of them. It's a business full of people who lie & those who don't will either get eaten alive or will one day join the rest if they want to remain in it. Those who disagree with this are either very naive or in total denial.

At the beginning, it was so hard to lie about my new "job". I played the busy person to avoid talking (lying) about my new past-time. Since I was working much more back then, I was literally hiding myself from friends and family.
I'm a social person, I like to be close to my friends and especially close to my family. What a struggle. It didn't last long.
I could finally manage to work less, meaning less acting all busy and sh*t.

Then... it is also about lying/hiding the $$ too. Being a student, I can't be there walking around with pockets full of money, wearing fancy clothes etc.

All this is part of the lie.

I always have a hard time with industry people telling me I should worry less and not care that much.

    No No.
Better be safe than sorry my friend.
Since I only see escorts a small amount of the time, lying about it is a piece of cake. I can't imagine what you ladies go through. I would be interested in hearing more about it if you were willing to share.

As far as having excess $$, I like to think that the women I am with are saving this and have some plan for the future with their money. Is this just wishful thinking on my part?
