Well...no CANADIAN in the final......SHAPO lost his temper in the third set and it was it ......MILOS---CORIC....bizarre game....a walk in the park for MILOS in the first set 6-1 BUT after it was all CORIC.....wow.....yep very strange one.
So it will b RUBLEV---CORIC.....i will pick RUBLEV ....am watching him in the last years and i really like this kid....one of my fav......slim and tall....calm and cool avec du caractère.....i prefer his style to DENIS.

BUT the surprise came from COLOGNE.....smaller tournament....FÉLIX did the FINAL vs ZVEREV who played at home.....and lost in 2 sets......quand même bon pour rebâtir sa confiance.

COLOGNE 2.....FÉLIX rides again....will play today in semi vs SCHWARTZMAN........a true warrior.....FÉLIX is not still there BUT should b interesting to watch....the winner should play ZVEREV tomorrow who won last week at home.....will it b a rematch FÉLIX---ZVEREV...j'en doute.

Great....ZVEREV won back to back--twice in Cologne in only 2 weeks....today it was vs SCHWARTZMAN in 1hre10min....wow...
A word on SCHWARTZMAN...this player is 28 y.old, 5'7 made of stone , a bomb of energy, speedy and explosive player....a role model for future generation---players with small stature....he is now ranked #9.....that's great et bien mérité.....il est de l'école de NADAL et s'est déjà entraîné avec son idole....et cela porte fruit.

VIENNA OPEN...top players DJOKO---THIEM--MEDVEDEV are in quarters....TSITSIPAS was defeated yesterday by DIMITROV.....our 3 Canadiens DENIS--FÉLIX--VASIL are out already.....DENIS needs to re-focus.....he played a lot lately ....too much tennis

Félix manque de constance et Vasil manque d'énergie if he has to go for a long game.

One of my fav. RUBLEV is on today vs THIEM....THIEM should win BUT will b interesting to watch.

hum .....well les jeunes loups----MEDVEDEV---THIEM---ZVEREV---TSITSI -prennent leur place et s'imposent...and that's great.....so with ZVEREV - MEDVEDEV playing in final we should have a great one..

Et parlant de jeune Félix a gagné sa première finale en double......congrats.....il a déjà participé à 6 finales en simple sans jamais croiser le fil d'arrivée.

DANIIL in 3 sets...belle performance....ALEX played a lot in last wweks....sa nouvelle association with FERER est profitable....meilleure attitude.......and surprise MEDVEDEV was calm--cool all week long.

SOFIA OPEN--ATP 250.....a small tournament but great POSPISIL will play tomorrow SINNER in final.....he just defeated GASQUET 6-7, 6-2,6-0 .....his second final this year.....in Sofia VASEK did much better than seeded 1 SHAPO and seeded 2 ALIASSIME...both out first round. Am really happy for VASEK....should win tomorrow.
Sofia was the last ATP tournament this year .....just before the big one am waiting for...the 2020 Nitto ATP finals with only the 8 top players ....in London it starts Sunday with THIEM vs TSITSI....and NADAL vs RUBLEV.....can't wait.

VASEK lost in 3 sets ....tie-break in the third ....one of the best finals i watched this year,,,,,,credit to young 19y. Italian SINNER.....remember that name...a bright -hugefuture.

Just very disappointed in Zverev in the Battle of Giants match with Medvedev. I keep waiting for Zverev to come up big, but he flopped again, as he did against Thiem in the US Open when he blew that final match. He just isn't breaking through against the top 10 guys who are more experienced than he is.
