I would say their wallet, which is the possessive form of "they".
Worth nothing also that "you" in it's singular form also comes from plural you hence why it uses plural form for the verbs that follow "you".
"It" uses the singular form, like he/she, and mostly refers to objects, situations and animals, so it's pretty easy to differentiate and you're being a little confused now.
