Many are repeats or "loyal" buyers. In massachusetts brothel bust they went after the most repeating ones out of more than 2800 numbers they found. Out of these almost 3000 ones they identified 34 individuals.
It Is an illegal activity.
I'm not here to tell you to do it, or not do it.
I don't think we should fear prosecution.
That being said we could reflect...

Also remember that the limitation status in Canada is 12 months for this specific kind of crime.

LE will focus a lot more about exploitation and under age girls; that is what they went after in this case in particular.

Now let's stop with the phone inquieries that is leading to spreading fear around please.

This is true but in case if they want to persecute they can file it as an indictable offense which has no statute of limitation. Obviously they do it only when evidence is full proof.

Out of these almost 3000 ones they identified 34 individuals. These 34 individuals had interaction in 100s of messages. Now I don't know if that mean 100s of visits or multiple messages accounted for each visit. The clientele was described as "wealthy and well-connected" including doctors, lawyers, corporate executives, military officers, scientists, professors and a Cambridge city councilor.
Someone was saying since client list contain influential people, they won't go after clients but Massachusetts trial speaks otherwise. They specifically went after clients regardless of their influence.
I brought up Massachusetts as an outlier a few days ago. It’s a state notorious for hating normal, heterosexual men and the corrupt media played a role in exposing client names. Factor in corrupt politicians and one party rule because of gerrymandering and you have something bordering on totalitarianism.

I’m being a bit hyperbolic but you know where I’m coming from.

The dingbat mayor of Boston could be running an agency for all we know. I jest. lol

Yes you are technicaly correct.
Unless you are the prime minister, I highly doubt any competent prosecutor would move to Indict a regular Joe, moving to trial without preliminary hearing, without establishing burdon of proof and making it a public case. Not to talk about the tax payers money that would be involved.
To witch the defence would delight in dismantling it. Even if you agree to something over the phone, over the text, there is always things you can do or say to defend it. And you are innocent until prooven guity beyond any resonable doubt.
Sleep tight.

When I see all the “Fully booked” girls on the agencies’ pages , are clients really paniking?
Many people don't read the news (or Merb). Some may be aware, but simply can't resist the temptation. The thought of being caught is still distant in their mind, albeit maybe a bit less than a couple weeks ago....

I've been told stuff like that by SP too : I'd rather they come see me instead of raping someone. It alwas throws me off and kinda insults me too. I've had long periods of no sex in my life and It never brought me close to even entertaining the notion of sexually abusing a women because I was getting too horny or whatever.

It sure does damage you in other ways though, but that's something else.
Once, there was a petite sp who told me she has some pedophil clients and she rather them come see her than abusing children. It did shocked me as well even I understood her logic. I wonder if she saw me as another pedophile. It did enough damage I’m staying away from spinners

From what I understood, there was an underage sp working at xo at some point. I don’t think law enforcement would go after every clients but a slim chance they will be going after clients who booked her.

Lol if I lived in the North East and I did this "hobby" regularly I would just drive to Mtl.

This is absolutely not worth it in the States unless youre a multimillionaire or extremely well connected imo

That’s misguided. Many agencies in NYC and NNJ have been operating for years, without incident. Oftentimes those that got busted did something stupid.

Massachusetts, practically communist, is the most fucked up state if you’re a heterosexual male. Don’t compare other places with that f’d up state. The people are great, politicians are bomkers.

Reassuring! But there are also a lot of American clients and the guards at the border have a lot more discretion to let you in or not, no?

When the guard takes your passport and ask:<< Business or pleasure?>> Don't freeze up, and don't smile like a child getting cookies, say: <<Pleasure!>> and move along.

I usually just say I’m here for GFE all weekend then drive away flashing my CAD stack.

Sound advice, sir. Be brief. Be blunt. Be gone. And don’t ask if the border crossing agent knows Sammy.

This is actually becoming comical the news following up on more similar crap.

Pjs and Hello Kitty...17 year old girl was arrested for pimping.

The news caster is like "There is just more and more and more in Montreal...."
Politicians are primed to make bank on this.
I am waiting for it.."taxpayer 50 million to "study" the problem and amend bill C-36"

The report indicates 40 police officers were assigned to the crackdown on this ring. It sounds like an awful lot of manpower needed to stop the business enterprise of a 17 year old girl/Pimpette. But what was suggested was that this young minor Pimpette was pressuring other minor girls into selling their bodies for sex. I don't think a 17 year old gets a pass for pressuring minors into working as prostitutes because she is a minor herself.

I’m surprised that the agency SPs are getting booked with regularity after this news came out.

Are you guys using burner phones or fake numbers? Loool! More power to you if you’re not worried.

I will avoid booking for now, especially with agencies. Waiting for the dust to settle and will decide later.

A lot of men who book aren't on here. A lot of men who book probably haven't even heard the news. It wasn't *that* widespread.

And a lot of men who heard the news and are on here will still book.
Was this a zero risk business proposition before these news stories? If you choose to be a client you accept some risk. And always did. For the 20 years I was actively involved I was keenly aware of risks I was taking. I sought to minimize the risks by doing common sense things like using burner phones, not making a lot of noise, doing business with reputable providers or agencies, and in the case of doorman buildings I stayed at, behaving very discreetly.

Nothing has changed. There have been a few news stories. No clients have been charged. There is nothing from which we can conclude that the risk is higher now than it ever was before. Nothing.

Well statistically speaking, I would say that it's a reset and the probability and odds are new now! :p

Statistics need to be based on data which is available as evidence. There is no new evidence of any client arrests. There is no basis for new probabilities or odds. It's the same as it always was. There is risk. As David Byrne once sang, "Same as it ever was." If you listen to more Talking Heads music you will come closer to being in tune with reality:
