Bruce, what you're saying is basically "LIE, LIE and hold to your lies, no matter what." Well guess what? If a judge have the faintest impression you're lying about anything remotely related to the case, your chances of winning just dropped to a dangerously low level.

Inventing a story and holding to it while you're roasted by an attorney and a judge who are trained at spotting any signs of liying is a very risky affair... Not everybody can afford expensive lawyers who will protect them from their lies.

You've never been in the courtroom as I can see. I've never told her to lie, I've told her what to say in case in goes there and yes she did bad judgement and that's all there is to it. Whether it's lie or truth, she will make better decisions. That's all.

Stella protects the sex worker not the mother. Winning custody is about looking good not defending the profession.

Stella`s mandate is to fight for sex worker`s rights. The right to be a parent is one of those rights. Stella`s goal is that sex workers have the same rights as any other person. That their work be recognized as just that: work.

Stella has experience in dealing with similar cases. They will also accompany her if it does get to the point where social workers and courts are involved.



The SP in question does out calls only and the child is either with immediate family, close friends or at school when she leaves to go to work.

I agree with what you said. Knowing the really story behind everything is sickining for the SP involved, but the SP's child is never subjected to any part of HER MOTHER'S JOB CHOICE !!!

It's very sad when you can't even turn to your family for support. The only people hurting this child are the ones that claim they are trying to protect her.

Thanks for evryone's input and help, I know that the Sp involved feels like she is not so alone and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
