Bruce, what you're saying is basically "LIE, LIE and hold to your lies, no matter what." Well guess what? If a judge have the faintest impression you're lying about anything remotely related to the case, your chances of winning just dropped to a dangerously low level.
Inventing a story and holding to it while you're roasted by an attorney and a judge who are trained at spotting any signs of liying is a very risky affair... Not everybody can afford expensive lawyers who will protect them from their lies.
