Alberta is the province that pays the the greatest amount more to the Feds than they receive back ( more than Ontario) and of course after the last federal budget Quebec is the greatest recipient. Most of this money that Charest is talking about giving in tax cuts comes from this increased transfer payment. So yes, you ( Quebecers ) owe Alberta and its not really polite to call them cheapos because that just sound ungrateful and spoiled

I watched a video a couple of months ago at youtube, a video called "la guerre contre l'independance du Quebec", which showed RCMP sending a woman to infiltrate the Parti quebecois and become a leader there. she then planned bombing terror plot as PQ leader in an attempt to denigrade PQ's reputation, like a false flag operation. now the video was taken off the net. i guess it reminds too much of 911 conspiracy theories and so was taken away by the authorities.
