Any nice place to live around downdown???

So far I book a hotel everytime I want see a SP and to tell the truth I'm kinda sick of it now.....

Does any one know some place in downtwon that is nice enough to invite a lady in and won't break you bank????

I just checked out this Apartment building at atwater today but it's a round $800 permonth......
