That's a good question honestly, because it's something I've been wondering about myself. I used to wear heels to all of my outcalls and dinner dates, but about a month ago I had an accident and couldn't walk for a whole day, so I stopped wearing them.
I think it's respectful to dress up at least to a degree, but I try to not dress in a way that would catch too much attention. I've had clients tell me that they like it when their companion dresses elegantly, and some have told me they prefer someone just wearing something very casual.. I'd never show up to a dinner date in jeans and a t-shirt tho.
I always look up the restaurant online and base my outfit on the photos and ambiance.

Exactly, generally speaking, the venue should dictate the "dress code".
This is a question for the professionals. SPs, way back in the day I had a waterbed in college when they are all the rage, very bad though for a bedroom floor in a house due to the weight of the mattress. Question is have you ever had sex on a waterbed? Was it pleasurable as they say to have sex with the motion in the ocean or did you not care for it? I remember some mattresses were firm and others had more movement and had a lot of give. I liked it then my college girlfriend like it as well, although today at an older age I think it would be harder on my back. When you are young and dumb all you know is that you are fucking as Eddie Murphy once said. The heat feature was nice in the winter though.

He did not! And his video collection was actually pretty cool lol. But he wasn't super nice. and guess what, karma got him and his water bed deflated and ruined his collection.

Lol.. I get to joke around today that being dressed as I am for any average day, I am just assumed to be wearing a costume and blend in with the day.
