This is a question for the professionals. SPs, way back in the day I had a waterbed in college when they are all the rage, very bad though for a bedroom floor in a house due to the weight of the mattress. Question is have you ever had sex on a waterbed? Was it pleasurable as they say to have sex with the motion in the ocean or did you not care for it? I remember some mattresses were firm and others had more movement and had a lot of give. I would think that depends on what kind of place it is. Condo style I don't see why not. But I can't picture being comfortable in a place where there's a nursing desk along the hall, or need to sign in at the door.

My parents lived in a high rise condo style assisted living facility in Florida before my mother died. Definitely at that place anyone could have called for an SP who would have been like any other visitor.

Never happened to me but I'm sure it does happen. I, however, have twice been on outcalls to university residences. One was a tiny dorm room on campus and the other was a shared appartment between a few students in an off-campus student housing complex. It was interesting to say the least! Haha
