When I have time, I like to get the SP I'm seeing a dessert (mousse cake, tiramasu, etc.). Can anyone recommend a good place located around Peel and St. Catherine? Thanks.

Can't think of a place near Peel and St Catherine. But Calories is good on St Catherine near Green and across the street there's Tavern On The Square that has good desserts made in house. Rockaberies on St Denis is also good.

Stay away from mouse cake, if you ever seen how they make it it would make you sick on the spot. Mouse cake is whipped fat with sugar and flavoring. Most cheese cakes are not that much better.

Juliet et Chocolate on St. Denis offers a variety of hot chocolates that you need a spoon to eat/drink. Fabulous stuff.

Are you looking for a relationship?
It's not the gift per se, but IMHO, don't set up unrealistic expectations in return.
As for dessert, I'd recommend a trip to Ben & Jerry's ... for yourself after the SP leaves. Hobbying makes you hungry.
