The idea of denying people medical treatment and letting them die is not only absurd, but a testament to the level fear mongering by media/tv/ news can have on the human psyche. Its's really sad and disturbing you’d even suggest it, but not surprising given humanity’s history. People who decides to smoke for 40 years and get lung cancer are not denied medical treatment. Mentally ill (dementia, schizopnia) are not denied medical treatment. Criminals are not denied medical treatment. Prisoners of war are not even suppose to be denied medical treatment. In 2021 though, it’s being seriously suggested that individuals who refuse to take a vaccin for which if they’re 18-30 isn’t without minor risk should not be granted a human right. I got a better idea how about privatizing healthcare and everyone pays for what they use and instead of stealing peoples money in taxes. Well see that is why government should not manage these types of things they ruin it. Quebec has the highest corruption of any province, lots of bureaucrats are eating money and mismanaging big time. Look at the roads, if you drive on highway 20 towards Ontario as soon as it becomes the 401 you see a big change in the roads. Ontario roads are so smooth compared to Quebec roads. Half these construction contracts in Quebec are corrupt people eating money. Then you got the government spending millions of dollars policing French. The OQLF alone in 2021 had a budget of $42 million.

Restaurant are already half capacity with closing hours restricted, they will likely close totally (beside take out/delivery) soon. The few things you still can do are likely to end soon for the remainer of winter. As for travel, i never taveled before so i don't really care but even if i did, for the hassle it is right now and the fear of now knowing the crazy stuff they will put while you gone, i wouldn't risk it lol. Martial arts can still be learned privately

A "ton" may not be accurate. Some sure. But it comes at a price. The price of complying to totalitarian governing. Showing an ID to a doorman that couldn't care less who you are and just check the birth date is not the same as scanning a barcode and keeping a track of where you been and showing medical status.
There is different ways to learn. Online videos, books, private lessons with somebody you know in your private house, stuff like that.
