^^^^This is true for most of the world right now. Even Canada has seen nearly double the new positive cases for COVID. My state of NY still has a positivity rate of less than 2% while our neighbor NJ has nearly an 8% rate. What does that mean? I have no idea, but I do know that the entire world is surging right now no matter how they have tried to stop the spread. As long as the death rates are still relatively low we are all just going to have to ride this out until a vaccine arrives. By then my forearms are going to be huge.
As more and more countries and states require a negative COVID test to enter I bet we are going to see a lot more of this:

Again, you may see trials and data complete before 31/12/20, but it won’t start being distributed till 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2021 to MASSES

Not a party pooper just realistic and don`t want to see disappointment. Production and distribution of a vaccine that has to be stored at minus 100 degrees F is no easy task and in some maybe most countries, including Canada, an impossible task at the moment. Canada ordered 20 million doses that will cover slightly over a quarter of the population by early 2011 if all goes well.

They will start vaccinating hospital workers, nurses, doctors almost immediately. This will slow the spread and lower counts right away. Us regular folk will only start getting vaccinated in the spring but by that time restrictions will be lifted and cases will greatly diminish. All this is good news. We can almost get back to "normal" by summer 2021

The one thing you forgot to mention is that the NY Post reports the truth unlike the NY Times and CNN. Had you read the article about Governor Cuomo you'd know that what was written in the article I quoted was exactly as the governor said.

He does not want people to die over politics. Give me a break.

Mr. Cuomo sent all of those seniors to their deaths during the early days of Covid thus explaining the incredibly high death rate in NY compared to the rest of the country and the world. So, he is no position to comment on someone else's job performance. Cuomo saying that Trump would do a terrible job has been well documented. The problem is that by saying this or any of these politicians shitting on the success of this vaccine will straight up kill people. If they want to get on the right side of Operation WARP Speed they should do whatever it takes to connect with Trumps administration to be part of the solution and not the problem.
