NY, one of the more restricted states is opening up restaurants to 50% capacity and other parts of the state they are allowed up to 75% capacity. Gyms have been open the whole time during our surge in the states and we were fortunate enough to not have any curfews or lockdowns. Toilet paper is easy to find and vaccinations are plentiful. Wishing my fellow northern merbites the best during quarantine and hoping the vaccines start rolling out by the thousands.

Found this interesting. I never knew how the social distancing rule of 6 feet came about. it's based on a hunch or hypothesis from the early 1900"s by Carl Flugge. I always thought it was based on more recent data and now the CDC is working on a 3 foot social distance rule to help get our schools up and running again:

^^^^Dude, that sucks! In NYC after March 19 restaurants and bars go back to 50% capacity and outside of NYC they go up to 75% capacity. They were never fully closed during this winter. In April, NY will begin allowing nightclubs to open with up to 100 patrons depending on capacity.
