Damage Insurance - Learning material

Hi,

I got a friend who's studying Damage Insurance at a college here in Montreal, but he finds the English manuals are not adequate material to learn from, the thing is is that there are French manuals but the English manuals are not translations of the French manuals. Does anyone know of any material that he can find/purchase that will explain in English the field of Damage Insurance as applicable to Quebec.
