Martin is saying that if someone wants to pay for the limousine, he'll send his girls along with Claude to the party, with the lucky guy who's renting the limo. They'll pick the guy up wherever he is, he'll ride to the party in the limo with the girls, hang out with them if he choses, and they'll drive him back after the party.

It sounds like a lot of fun if someone has the extra cash to spend on the limo. He gets to know the girls better & see how they are 'outside of the bedroom', so to speak.
