Some SPs can have a blockage at that level, I can understand that. But in my experience, if you know what you're doing and the atmosphere is right, an SP will gladly let herself go and enjoy the moment.

Some SPs also have to deal with guys that might not have the best oral hygiene too which can be really offputting to have his mouth anywhere near their bodies.
