How much BS do you take from an Agency before you take your business somewhere else?

I recently stop doing business with an agency that I've been dealing with for the past couple of years due to me getting tired of their BS. It was nice to know that my loyalty meant nothing to them as my question for an incident that occurred left me with no reply. That was when I started thinking back at other instances from delivering a girl 1 hr early without prior notice, cancelling an incall at my time of arrival, excuses of the toilet over flowed and the girl can't see you to the girl is hungry and want to eat so it will be too late to see you. Then I remembered a girl telling me that the guys that run this agency are a bunch of idiots and that was when I decided to blacklist them. It's been about 6 months now and I've kept to my word for now...

None of my list of reliable agencies has ever done any of the things you listed to me. To which agency do you refer? PM please if you have some reason to not post their name.

There was no bait and switch for the record and the girls I saw were on or above par.

It is the run around bullshit and the crappy upsell that I found irritating. Especially with John. Mike tried a few times but the last time I dealt with him he did good but the three hour time difference was major BS. As for Wildtime those pics were not recent and him trying to hide the fact irked not just me but a few folks as well.

I give it once or twice if there is no Plan B or C. But generally if I experience this just once the agency is written off.
