The video was obviously shot with a camera on a tripod (doesn't move), using a zoom lens quite powerful. (lack of perspective of the image) Also, the men in front appears at same distance as the girl/men in the back, if you don't look at size, confirming the zoom. also the back of the image (girls and guys) have duller colors, compared to the peoples in the front. That's caused by atmospheric dust/humidity, pointing again to a high powered zoom/telephoto lens.
All this to say: this video was taken by voyeurs who wanted to be offended so they could have a revenge on the club owners who refused them access. Chances are somebody driving on this public road would not even have noticed what was happenning on the course because it was too far.
